Urban Vision Enterprise CIC is the delivery body for the Urban Vision partnership. Our projects and services are delivered by Urban Vision Enterprise, supported where appropriate by members of the Urban Vision Expert Panel and Urban Vision North Staffordshire charity board members.
Both Urban Vision Enterprise directors are professionally qualified town planners and chartered members of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Dave Chetwyn has a BSc (Hons) and an MA in Town Planning. Hannah Barter has a BSc Honours degree and Post-Graduate Diploma in Town Planning from Birmingham City University.
Dave Chetwyn is a qualified building conservation professional and full member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation. Dave has an MA in Architectural History from the University of Keele.
Dave Chetwyn is chair of the Historic Towns Forum.
Urban Vision Enterprise CIC is a member of the Historic Towns Forum.
Hannah Barter is a qualified urban designer and holds an MA in Urban Design from Birmingham City University.
Dave Chetwyn is an Associate of the Consultation Institute.
Quality management standards
The Quality Management System of Urban Vision Enterprise CIC was assessed and registered by Garek Assured against the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 on 9 December 2013. A copy of our ISO 9001 Certificate of Registration can be viewed here.
